All orders received will be dispatched within 24hrs assuming all items are in stock. Mainland UK customers can expect their goods to arrive in 1-2 working days. If any items are out of stock then we will place them on back order. We will inform you of any items on back order and give you an estimated delivery date.
You have the option to cancel your back order if you prefer not to wait. You will not be charged delivery on items that are on back order.

All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee except for DVDs & Books. These items may be returned for direct exchange subject to the product being sent back in good condition. No cash refunds will be issued for DVDs or Books.
Gift Vouchers and Credits & Cancellations:
All Gift Vouchers and or credits must be claimed by the following calendar year at the latest as any credit or Gift Voucher will be allocated an automatic slot for the following season – failure to claim a credit/Gift Voucher slot results in an unallocated rod being unclaimed or used. When this happens the credit or Gift Voucher’s value will be foregone. Cancelled dates by clients are not due deposit refunds if unable to be filled by the guide. Monies deposited for dates which are cancelled due to inclement weather or at the Guides discretion will be returned at the end of the season when new dates are offered for sale in November.
In the event that a client cancels within 7 days of their date, full payment will be due at the discretion of the guide if the date cannot be filled by another client. If the client cancels within 48 hrs of their date full payment will be required.
We will exchange or refund unused purchases if returned within 14 days of purchase in the original condition and packaging, with a valid receipt. Items returned are done so at the customers own cost.
We recommend that you get a proof of posting when returning any items. We will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Items returned for exchange may be liable to a further postage charge depending on the exchange item. Claims for damages or shortages on any orders must be reported within 24 hours from arrival by telephoning 01243 78549601243 785496.
Any faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt and must be packaged securely, preferably in the original packaging.
Before any item can be returned you must contact us on 01243 78549601243 785496 to get a Returns Number.
Your item(s) must be returned to the address below clearly marked with the returns number. All returned items must be returned with all the documentation, blank warranty cards (Rod) and any other accessories provided by us. We will endeavor to send your exchange items to you within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, subject to the exchange item being in stock. If returning items for a refund, please allow time for your refund to appear on your card statement. Credit Card refunds are only available to the Credit Card used in the original transaction.
